If remote assistance is requested, click on the appropriate support icon to initiate a quick support session.  You will be asked to read the ID and a password from the support session to the technician.  This will allow ONE-TIME access into your computer so that that technician can assist you.  Once the session is ended, the technician will not be able to re-connect to the computer unless you establish a new remote access session.
