Our Story

Elementum Solutions was founded in 2002 by Douglass Caggiano.  Doug, a native Western Pennsylvanian and then recent graduate of Youngstown State University, saw a gap in the market.  There were IT companies that served large businesses and there were retail stores that provided services to residential consumers.  However, there were few companies that offered IT services to small and medium sized businesses and, more importantly, provided them with excellence.

Doug envisioned offering reliable IT solutions and professional service that small and medium businesses could effectively and affordably implement.  He stressed quality over quantity by developing relationships with each client, getting to know their people, processes, values and goals and then developing their IT infrastructure around those things.

Fast forward to 2018, Elementum Solutions still holds true to these core values.  Our team has grown and so has our customer base.  Many of our original customers still remain loyal clients.  This is an exception to the rule.  In our ever-changing industry, we don’t take that lightly.
