Computers are relied upon now more than ever for day to day business tasks. The data that is contained on them is often vital to a business’s operation. In the case of a hard drive or system failure, the system can be easily replaced but that is not always the case with the data that is stored on them. If there are no backups available, your only copy may just be the one located on the crashed computer’s hard drive or a damaged floppy disk, CD or flash drive. Although the situation is critical, there is still much hope of recovering your data!

Our first solution, Data Copy, is the most logical solution in the event of an operating system failure. If the media remains undamaged, we can search for and copy uncorrupted data from the media to our custom built Test & Repair computer. From there, we can transfer it to your choice of another hard drive or other specified media for later transfer to a new computer. Data Copy is billed on an hourly basis. For more serious situations such as deleted files, accidentally formatted drives and damaged file systems, we offer software recovery. Even though your files might be “deleted”, it is still stored on the hard drive until it is overwritten. It is important to not use the media any more once the files have been lost. Using the affected media increases the chance of the data needing recovered to be overwritten. During software recovery, we connect the affected media to a test and repair station and scan your media bit by bit. Often, we are able to recover the lost data. Due to the large amount of time involved in attempting to recover your data, Software Recovery is a $350.00 flat fee regardless of the information that is able to be recovered, although our recovery success is high.
For damaged or “clicking” drives, unreadable drives and drives damaged due to power surges, shock and lightning strikes we offer Clean Room Data Recovery. In Clean Room Data Recovery, your damaged media is sent to and disassembled in a special dust and static free “clean room facility”. There the media is repaired enough to retrieve your data which is then put onto your choice of CDs, DVDs or another hard drive.
Unlike other recovery companies out there, our Clean Room Recovery is based on a FLAT FEE scale which is calculated by the amount of data that needs to be recovered from the damaged media. Please call us for a free price quote.
